Ms. Phuong Mai is currently holding the national leadership position of Navigos Search Vietnam. Leading the company of over 100 recruitment consultants nationwide to provide excellent recruitment solutions and services to clients including executive search, RPO and HR advisory, she is a thorough market leader with deep insights into human resource and management industry.

As the Managing Director of Navigos Search, Ms. Phuong Mai is responsible for Navigos Search’s overall strategic planning and operation with core endeavor is to build up a board of qualified and experienced consultants who constantly provide the best executive search and HR advisory service. Her ambition is to build up and improve the candidate network, with a strong focus on middle-level upwards. She holds strong to the initiative of creating a diverse and substantial pool of talents who will become key contributors and developers of companies and organizations in Vietnam.

Joined Navigos Search in 2014 at the starting point of South Regional Director, Ms. Phuong Mai has led and developed the regional team to reclaim its leading position in the market. She is a role model in the company with her visionary leadership, result-oriented approach to solve client’s business challenges, human-centric in talent development and deep understanding of the industry to provide invaluable advisory to candidates. Her tremendous contribution to the whole team success has elevated her to the current leading position in the organization.
Ms. Phuong Mai has a prolific track record with over 20 years of success in strategic HR Management, corporate governance and business development. Started her career as a management trainee for a MNC, and received her Executive MBA degree from University of Hawaii, she is now a member of two international professional bodies – The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) and International Coach Federation (ICF).

Ms. Phuong Mai is also keen on improving the overall industry standards and practices through her participation in a variety of workshops, events and campaigns for human resources orientation and development such as APEC – Senior Officials’ meeting series, being guest speakers for national broadcasting programs or regular interviews with prestigious magazines.
